(God this sounds like a commercial but I promise it isn't!) First of all, the place is massive. It feels like a cross between a supermarket and a warehouse. Cub Foods--and especially *this* Cub Foods--specializes in quality meat and produce at reasonable prices. The produce employees focus on in-season items, remove bruised goods, and rotate frequently. I can tell, because I find I don't have to be extremely picky to avoid problem produce.
